1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Rules”) are an agreement between wmiran.com (“We” or “Contractor”) and you (“Customer” or “User”), the person using our service to exchange cryptocurrencies. By using our service, you agree to these Rules.
2. Service Description
We facilitate the exchange of cryptocurrencies (e.g., XTZ, UNI, USDT, TRX, LINK, ADA, ETC, TON, XMR, BTC, and more) for payment. No KYC (Know Your Customer) or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks are required. You send us the exact payment amount, and we send the agreed cryptocurrency to your provided wallet address.
3. How It Works
- You place an order on wmiran.com for your desired cryptocurrency exchange pair.
- We provide a wallet address and the exact amount you must send.
- You must send the exact amount specified in your order to the provided wallet address within 30 minutes, or the order will be automatically removed.
- After full confirmation of your payment, we will send the agreed amount of cryptocurrency to your provided wallet address within 10 to 60 minutes.
4. Payment Rules
- Send the exact amount shown in your order. If the amount received differs, we may adjust the cryptocurrency sent to match the payment or refund it (minus any fees) at our discretion.
- If no payment is received within 30 minutes of placing the order, the order will be canceled without notice.
5. Refunds
- If we cannot complete your order (e.g., you send the wrong amount), we may refund your payment, minus any transaction fees, within 24 hours.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide a valid wallet address for your chosen cryptocurrency. We are not responsible for lost funds if you provide an incorrect address.
- Do not use our service for illegal activities. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.
7. Our Responsibilities
- We will send your cryptocurrency within 10 to 60 minutes after full confirmation of your payment, unless delays occur outside our control (e.g., network issues).
- We are not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party services, networks, or incorrect information from you.
8. Order Data Storage
- We store order details (including transaction information) for as long as necessary.
- The data may be permanently deleted from our servers at our discretion.
- We do not retain personal information beyond what is necessary for order processing.
9. Termination
- We reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse service to anyone, at our discretion, without explanation.
- You may cancel your order before sending payment by contacting us.

12. AML Policy and Prohibited Activities
- We do not accept any funds associated with Terrorism Financing or High-Risk Jurisdictions. Such transfers are strictly rejected.
